Product and supplier information

Products, photographs, dimensions, finishes, certificates, capabilities, availability, lead times and supplier information are indicative unless confirmed for a particular order in writing. Images may include supplier material, samples, concepts or application references and may not show the exact product supplied.

Technical and project review

You must obtain appropriate architectural, engineering, regulatory, installation and other professional advice for your project. A certificate shown on this website applies only to the products and scope identified in that certificate. Website content is not project approval or a representation that a product is suitable for every application.

Quotations and orders

An enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed. Specifications, price, taxes, payment, Incoterms, delivery responsibilities and other conditions are established only in the applicable written quotation, order confirmation and signed agreements.

Bonded-zone payment service

Interest-bearing payment arrangements are available only to selected eligible Australian business buyers and are supplied by the identified China bonded-zone provider under its approved written terms. Mt Peak Materials provides introduction and coordination support and is not the payment or credit provider. No arrangement is approved merely because an enquiry is submitted.

Intellectual property

Website design and Mt Peak Materials content may not be reproduced without permission. Supplier names, product names, photographs, brochures, trade marks and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and authorised commercial purposes where applicable. No ownership of third-party rights is claimed.

Liability and Australian law

We take reasonable care with website content but do not promise that it will always be complete, current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
