We collect information directly from you when you email us, prepare an enquiry through this website, call us or otherwise communicate with us. We use it to respond to enquiries, assess project requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and documents, communicate with suppliers and logistics providers, manage commercial relationships and comply with legal obligations.

Website enquiry form

The website form prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email. Once sent, the enquiry is handled through our email and business records.

Disclosure and overseas recipients

Where reasonably necessary for your enquiry, we may share relevant information with manufacturers, bonded-zone providers, freight and logistics providers, technical advisers and other service providers. Some recipients are located in China or other countries connected with the proposed supply chain. We aim to disclose only information reasonably required for the enquiry or transaction.
